Grown and made on URLAR's certified organic, biodynamic and vegan-friendly vineyard in Gladstone, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented across both stainless steel and oak barrel to showcase everything the site has to offer, rather than chasing a single, generic style.

Aroma

Juicy white-fleshed peach and grapefruit, with warming spiced honey and floral notes.

Tastes

Delicious guava and peach, with a rich, rounded mouthfeel and a strong presence of lemon pith and spice, following through to a firm, satisfying finish. Pour it with green-lipped mussels, goat's cheese, or a summer seafood salad.
