The grapes were harvested in March 2022 from our Gladstone vineyard to balance freshness with flavour. The wine was fermented across a combination of stainless steel and barrel, with selected yeasts used to retain freshness, while the barrel portion was wild fermented to add complexity and reflect our site.

Spiced honey floral notes sit alongside white fleshed peach and grapefruit. Guava and peach come through with hints of lemon pith and spice, carrying through to a firm, well weighted finish.
