Part of URLAR's Growers Series, this rosé is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown across our certified organic, vegan-friendly vineyard in Gladstone, Wairarapa. Winemaking here is deliberately varied by parcel - most fruit is pressed and fermented in stainless steel, a portion goes through French oak for added depth, and a small bled-off portion of skin-contact juice adds character while keeping the wine light and pretty.

Aroma

Spiced strawberry cake and crushed watermelon.

Tastes

New-season raspberry, spice and juicy summer fruit, with real concentration of red fruit character and fine, gentle tannins. Best enjoyed young (within 2-4 years) with a summer salad, a shared platter, or simply chilled on its own.
