Sourced from URLAR's Gladstone vineyards, this Pinot Gris sees a portion of the blend fermented in neutral oak with wild yeast, adding texture without heavy oak flavour, while the rest stays in stainless steel for freshness.

Tastes

Beautifully balanced, with sweet stone fruit, spiced pear, lemon curd and peach skin carrying through to a long, textural finish. An easy-drinking yet genuinely interesting New Zealand Pinot Gris - lovely with roast pork, Asian-spiced dishes, or a relaxed shared meal.
