Unusual in that a portion was fermented in aged barrels with wild yeast. This Pinot Gris has rich aromas of pear, spice, nectarine flesh and custard apple. Balanced beautifully with sweet stone fruit, spiced pear, lemon curd and peach skin. A long textural dry finish.
