A textural take on New Zealand Riesling from URLAR's certified organic, vegan-friendly vineyard in Gladstone, Wairarapa: some of the fruit is wild-fermented on skins, some in second-fill barrels, with the rest kept in stainless steel to preserve pure varietal character.

A floral nose of jasmine and orange blossom, with a touch of lemon.

Tastes

Pithy citrus fruits, including pink grapefruit, come through on the palate alongside a touch of honey and spice. Textural, with a lively line of acidity that will reward cellaring - this wine has real potential to develop over the next 5-12 years. Pair with spicy Southeast Asian food, fresh oysters, or a simple cheese board with friends.
