Proof that colour and flavour don't have to travel together - this sparkling wine is made entirely from red Pinot Noir grapes grown across URLAR's certified organic, vegan-friendly vineyard sites in Gladstone, Wairarapa, gently pressed to draw out flavour while leaving colour behind. It's a playful, hands-on style of winemaking that reflects URLAR's willingness to do things a little differently.
