Green Songs Pet Nat “The Cliffs” 2020

Pet Nat (it stands for pétillant naturel, which is French for “natural sparkling”), is a wine bottled before primary fermentation is finished. This sparkling wine style relies on the natural sugars found in the grapes to produce carbon dioxide and, therefore, fizz. This 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Gris Pet Nat is cloudy, lightly fizzy, fruity and a little funky but gives bright, light, fresh and fruity impressions.
