Green Songs Amber Pinot Gris 2021

Unlike usual white wines, this is a skin-fermented white wine. After hand-picked, the grape berries are placed in the open fermenter with grape skins and fermented together. This co-fermentation with skin gives more colour, flavour and complexity to the wine. And with 100% Malo-lactic fermentation, the wine has creamy and silky texture as well as long-lasting finish.
