Viognier 2021

Grapes were hand harvested with a portion being gently whole bunch pressed and settled overnight. Before being put to neutral barrels for fermentation with a selection of different yeast strains. We fermented 30% on skins with indigenous yeast to bring aromatic lift and add texture to the wine. The viognier was then blended and filtered before heading to bottle.

Pure white florals and refreshing mandarin skin with a hint of Turkish delight.

A delicate wine with purity displaying linear flow. Citrus gives pleasing freshness.
