Rose Brut 2022 (Sparkling)

This Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose was made in the tank ferment / Charmat method. A pale coral pink colour with rose petal, watermelon, raspberry, honey & spice on the nose.
Palate: Wild strawberries, honey and butter on toasted brioche.
