Methode Traditionnelle Brut 2019

This sparkling wine is from the 2019 vintage. Aged for 12 months on its lees before undergoing secondary bottle fermentation. It was disgorged after another 18 months ageing in bottle in November 2021 with a low dosage of 2g/L so is bone dry.
