This Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc was made using the tank ferment / Charmat method.
A pale straw colour with gooseberry, white flesh nectarine, lemon rind and cardamon spice on the nose.
On the palate you will find passionfruit, green apple, and fresh lime with a refreshing tonic like finish.
Cellaring: 2-4 years.
