This experience brings together good food, thoughtful wines, and the quiet clarity of a winter sky.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe evening begins at 6.00pm with a welcome glass of Blanc de Noir, before guests are seated for a relaxed, shared dining experience. YYou’ll enjoy an entrée of tomato, ricotta and parmesan tartlet with rocket, followed by your choice of either a vegetarian lasagne featuring kūmara or a Kaimoana Mornay with fry bread \u0026amp; each paired with a selection of URLAR wines including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Viognier.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThroughout the evening, we’ll share more about our biodynamic approach and its connection to the rhythms of land and sky. As night settles in, Hari and Sam from Star Safari will guide you through the stories above, before stepping outside for stargazing through telescopes.
